This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Receptionist to be a part of a leading organisation and to further develop your skills in the industry.

Your purpose in the role is to support and assist the company by meeting and servicing clients with general administration duties.

Responsibilities

•Ability to greet clients in a warm and friendly manner
•Manage incoming calls and emails
•Accurately undertake data entry
•Ability to undertake general administration and filing work
•Compliance of folders and general duties
•Transferring calls to the correct person

Requirements

•Prior Receptionist experience
•Certificate II, III or IV in Business
•Strong communications skills, written and verbal
•Sound Microsoft Office knowledge
