More about the role
The role of the Support Officer (RTO) works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to provide administrative services and support to the RTO to ensure the quality preparation and delivery of accredited courses internally and externally and the recording of relevant data relating to course and participants.
The essence of this role:
- To ensure the quality and compliant administration of nationally recognised training internally and externally to deliver a positive student experience.
About you
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- Practical experience and minimal 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- High attention to detail
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and patience.
