In the role you will be responsible for:
- Complex diary management for the Executive Chairman and CEO. Ensuring all diary conflicts are resolved, preparation of agendas, sourcing and preparing relevant documents prior to meetings
- Coordinating meetings, calls and video conferences both internally and externally
- Planning and booking travel including booking flights, accommodation, transport, arranging currency, visas and organising meetings
- Managing confidential documentation and correspondence on behalf of the Executive Committee
- Preparing presentations, correspondence, spreadsheets and emails
- Coordinating the document management system for the project team
- Assisting with the weekly generation of status reports
- Supporting and managing office receptionists to ensure the smooth running of the National Office
To be successful in this role:
- Experience providing executive assistance to Executive Committee Members. Providing support to a CEO would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills
- Confident and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience booking interstate and international travel
- Advanced in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
