This is an outstanding opportunity for an Office Assistant looking for a challenging and varied role and a long term career path.
In this role you will be supporting an Accounts and Bookkeeping division of a mid-sized Insurance business and your duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and quarterly audits
- General administrative tasks including preparing documents and handling company mail
- Answering and transferring calls
- Scanning and filing
To be successful in this role you will ideally have some administration experience and an understanding of accounting software packages will be highly regarded. An interest in bookkeeping is essential as is strong attention to detail. You must enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
