And the good news, we are looking for the right person to join our Team!!

Immediate start is available. 

Here's a bit about the job, on any given day you'll:

  1. Organise labelling and dispatch of our completed jobs (morning & afternoon)

  2. Notify customers when jobs are complete (via phone & email) and collect payment.

  3. Book transport of goods as required

  4. Support the sales team with other general office duties

  2. You will be supported by our amazing production team that run at a rate of over 99% of jobs completed on time or early. As you can imagine, this avoids angry customers and results in loads of thank you emails!

  3. In an industry that generally produces products in 5 days, we are paving the way forward with most of our products produced in only 24 hours. (Yes we run a night shift, we are only 20% magic).

  4. While we don't have ocean views in Ingleburn, we do work in a very nice modern office!

Sounding like a good place to work? Well here is what we need from you:

  1. A decent level of intelligence, did you get a good ATAR? Did you do exceptionally well in any particular subjects? Did you complete university? Have you completed any sales or business courses? Let us know in your cover letter.

  2. I have 200 computer parts, can you build me a PC? Okay you don't need to be that great at computers but you have to know your way around one. You will be sitting in front of a computer with 3 screens for most of your day, with 5 or more applications running that you are jumping between.

  3. Flexibility, we run multiple shifts across our sales & support team (covering 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday). As such sometimes we will need you to start earlier or finish later to ensure we hit our service targets or cover for someone on leave.

  4. A love of organisation. When you see a bunch of tasks to do you put them in an order and work through them in an efficient and logical manner! Not to mention you get a buzz when they are all complete!

 

The final bits and pieces you need to know:

  1. The hours for this role are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. (38 hour week)

  2. Salary of $49K inc. super

  3. We have a drinks fridge to keep you hydrated and love our monthly team lunches (sorry they aren't the long boozy type, just well catered office lunches)
