This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful property investment company that focuses on helping their clients achieve their financial goals through building a property investment portfolio specifically designed to their needs. Using their award winning research methodology, their clients’ investment strategies are matched to the best properties. They are currently looking for an Admin/Office Coordinator to support the Senior Account Manager and the Managing Director. You will have broad exposure to all aspects of the business, and have the chance to learn first-hand about the property investment industry. You will be responsible for client relationship management, from the initial briefing through to post settlement, and ensuring that clients are kept up to date throughout the whole process. All aspects of office administration including event and diary management, will be in your charge. You will help coordinate social media content, maintain supplies and make sure that the office is always ready for client meetings and presentations. You will be responsible for the creation of PowerPoint presentations for clients and marketing purposes.

The role will be perfect for a motivated and positive individual for whom nothing is a problem.  You will have fantastic relationship building skills, and be an adept user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentations. Experience with business social media and a keen interest in the property investment industry are highly desirable. You will be confident, professional, have a great eye for detail and super organized.  In turn, you will enjoy a stimulating work environment and the chance to learn from the best in the industry.
