The Company

Our client is a leading Sydney Financial services brokerage firm that has over 100 years of experience in the industry.
The business focuses on superior service and support. They expect the same from the administration staff all the way to the directors of the business.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming phone calls and distribute accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting of VIP Guests, Visitors and Clients
  • Ensure the presentation of the office / boardroom / reception areas are of the highest standard
  • Basic Accounts - Invoicing, Accounts Receivables / Payables (miminal)
  • General Administration duties
  • Provide support to the HR Manager - Employment Contracts, Posting of Job Advertisements, Staff Inductions, Training & Development
  • Liaising with Vendors / Suppliers and Building Management with any maintenance issues
  • Managing stationery, kitchen and other office material stock levels
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required
Experience and Skills Required

  • This is an entry level position. Energy, attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important factors to being successful
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office 
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work within a diverse office environment
  • High attention to detail with immaculate, polished presentation
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and advanced time management skills
  • An interest in financial services a plus but not essential
