My client is one of the worlds, leading Design & Engineering oragnisations winning awards year on year for both their projects and internal culture. This opportunity is now available due to winning an exciting new projects across Sydney. As a result of this the Team Assistant will have the opportunity to support staff across both the project site and corporate office.
The daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare reports, letters, emails as requested, ensuring compliance with company standard templates and Corporate Style Guidelines
- Book meetings, organise supplies and catering, and prepare and clean up meeting rooms
- Participate in office related support networks and meetings
- Review project forecasts monthly with project managers and update financial systems as needed
- Meeting coordination and diary management
- Attending client meetings, taking minutes, notes and actions in various forms
- Assist with processing of supplier invoices and payment requisitions
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience supporting executives in a team assistant type role
- Proven experience supporting project management
- Reporting & budget planning experience
- Financial experience is a must
- High attention to detail and Advanced computer skills such as Excel, Word & Microsoft
- Excellent engagement skills both in person and over the phone
- Citizen or resident essential
