We are a business relocation company with many years of experience and expertise based at Moorabbin Airport.
We require an administration assistant/receptionist to assist with the day to day running of the office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Office upkeep including ordering of supplies
- Data entry using EXCEL and ACCESS
- General office administration and support
- Liaising with both clients and sales staff
- Assist the Office Manager with various administrative and accounts tasks
- Sale of preowned furniture from our warehouse
- Posting of advertisements on Gumtree, Facebook, etc
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and working experience:
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a highly motivated team
- The ability to work with initiative and have a proactive approach to problem solving
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Computer and keyboard skills with knowledge and understanding of Microsoft software, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
- MYOB
- Data entry
- Excellent organisation skills and professionalism
- Have a friendly, professional and approachable manner
It is preferable that the candidate will have experience in working in an office where you are required to know and understand multi facets of the business and must be open to learning new skills and new software tools.
