This global corporation are looking for a Receptionist who is happy and able to undertake miscellaneous administration tasks as and when required.
- Handle incoming calls, welcome visitors and manage mail-room services
- Maintain the common office areas
- Perform general administrative tasks which includes purchase of office stationary & pantry supplies and other general office consumables/equipment
- Coordinate local and overseas courier collection/pick up services
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of fixed and ad-hoc reports for regional consolidation, ensure documents (both hard and soft copies) are filed and stored securely
- Ensure the Front Desk is always attended; ensuring breaks are taken consecutively to minimise disruption to business operations.
The incoming person must be reliable, punctual, organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, a pleasant phone manner, good computer and typing skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
