Interflow is the leading provider in Australia and New Zealand of repair, restoration and renewal services for deteriorated underground non-pressure pipelines and pressure mains. We provide a complete range of world leading products for pipe renewal.

In 2012, our ACT region of operations experienced extensive growth assisted by having strategic relationships in place with regional, local councils & state authorities. To cope with demand and to prepare for the next 5 years, an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator has become available based in our Mitchell Office.

About the role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Administrator will support an experienced Project Manager delivering multiple projects and will be responsible for the administration of projects whilst working closely with the site teams to ensure project milestones are met. 

To be successful, you will need to be process oriented, motivated, and can demonstrate your capability in an Administration function.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the project team and operations group
  • Compiling job site packages for field crews
  • Processing and submitting of time sheets for field crews
  • Maintenance and data entry of various registers
  • Assisting in the preparation of management reports
  • General office administration including reception, answering telephones, filing, mail and arranging couriers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or related industry
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills
  • A friendly and professional approach
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
  • High attention to detail
  • A proactive work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
