We are an Australian multi beverage producer dedicated to a strong focus on innovation, across wine, spirits and other beverages.

We are currently bringing to fruition several exciting new projects that will broaden our portfolio of products and enter new drink territories. This includes our own range of lifestyle brands and some new products that will transcend various categories and markets.
We have experienced strong growth cementing ourselves as a beverage producer with focus on NPD and innovation.
Due to a re-structure, we are looking for an up and coming Office Manager to help run our business.
We are looking for someone bubbly and outgoing, who is driven, proactive and has high energy and will promote an up-beat culture.
Reporting to the General Manager and Global Sales & Marketing Director, this job has great variety across Administration, Sales support, HR, and Accounts.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming calls & customer enquiries
- Facilitate staff travel, events, and meetings
- Manage employee files and company policies
- Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and staff training/development
- Assist in the fortnightly/monthly payroll process:
- Manage and maintain payroll files and reports
- Handle payroll queries
- Processing of purchase orders and staff expenses
- Assist with Month-End - payroll tax, super
- Maintain office supplies & inventory levels
- Manage customer sample requests (domestic & international)
- General admin and support
- Adhoc reporting
- Sales order processing
- Customer invoicing
- Lead a happy and can do culture
- Maintain customers database management
- Contract Management
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Office Management, Executive Administration and/or similar.
