We are seeking an experienced Administration assistant /Receptionist for the motor vehicle repair industry. You will need to have great customer service skills and an excellent phone manner.
Skills and knowledge required for the job
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Strong communication skills - On the phone and in person
- Be able to deal efficiently with customers
- Polite and well groomed
- Experienced in navigating the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Confident with computer data entry skills
High attention to detail desirable.
- Be well organised, conscientious, and reliable
- working with PPG and MYOB software
- Interest in the motor industry (not essential)
Duties
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Reception duties
- Typing and data entry
- General office duties as required
Training will be provided
