We are seeking an experienced Administration assistant /Receptionist for the motor vehicle repair industry. You will need to have great customer service skills and an excellent phone manner.

Skills and knowledge required for the job

  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Strong communication skills - On the phone and in person
  • Be able to deal efficiently with customers
  • Polite and well groomed
  • Experienced in navigating the Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Confident with computer data entry skills

    High attention to detail desirable.

  • Be well organised, conscientious, and reliable
  • working with PPG and MYOB software
  • Interest in the motor industry (not essential)

    Duties

  • Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Reception duties
  • Typing and data entry
  • General office duties as required

    Training will be provided

  • . This is a full time position Monday to Friday, initially for a contract period
