What will you do?

Reporting to the Business Centre Administration Manager in our Mackay Business Centre, this busy, high volume role offers the right person an opportunity to be responsible for the running of a professional, safe and efficient reception area. The Receptionist will endeavour to delivery high quality WorkPac services to all visitors, candidates, clients and WorkPac employees. In doing this, daily tasks may include but are not limited to;

  • Answering, transferring and directing all phone calls
  • Taking detailed messages and recording these in the relevant places prior to distribution to the relevant employee
  • Ensuring all visitors to the Business Centre are greeted promptly and professionally and directed accordingly
  • Providing support and assistance to the Business Centre Administration Manager
  • Additional admin duties which may include payroll support and PPE ordering

  • Previous high volume reception and administration experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and undertake high volumes of calls
  • Mature, thorough and professional approach to all work tasks
  • Fast, effective worker, able to multi-task, pay attention to details and prioritise work load
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
