The Role

The Personal Assistant role is to provide support for three Executive Managers in our Technology, Data and Labs department. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with previous administrative experience who thrives on delivering outstanding support. This role will see you facilitating communications, diary management and supporting the smooth operation of the department.  This position is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Sydney office.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Monthly amex reconciliation
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Maintaining organisational charts
  • Ensuring team data on OPS is correct and up-to-date
  • Ensuring team details on the Suncorp intranet is up-to-date
  • Ensuring invoices are correctly coded with cost centre and project codes then paid via accounts payable in a timely manner.
  • Organise team functions and offsite/onsites as required
  •  Ad hoc research
  • Preparation of basic reports and initial drafts of raw content

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

 

  • Previous PA / EA experience within a busy corporate environment is essential
  • Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diary management and travel experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
