About the role
We are currently seeking a committed individual to undertake administration duties within our NSW office.
Duties/responsibilities
- General administration duties and office support
- Reception and phone duties
- Printing and collating of training documents
- Processing and dispatching mail
- Data entry & records management
- Process orders from Clients
- Organise invoices to be raised for orders
- General filing duties
Essential to the role you will have:
- A confident and professional manner
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Good Computer skills
- Ability to take on new work to support the team and adapt as the position grows/changes
- Current Drivers Licence
- Australian Residency
