Our client, a National Franchise with their support office based in Bendigo and Leadership Team based around the country, are seeking a talented Office Manager.
To be successful in the role you will be a diligent, highly organised professional with meticulous attention to detail. This is a varied role, often with competing priorities and deadlines. Your ability to project manage and effectively communicate will be essential to keep the office running. You will be a skilled communicator who builds and maintains relationships with a variety of stakeholders working at varying levels within the business.
Our dream candidate for this role has tertiary qualifications in business administration, finance or project management along with experience working in an operational role alongside senior level Executives.
It is a fast-paced, deadline driven company, so you’ll need to be highly organised and be tech savvy. You will thrive on working as part of a collaborative team and be happy to pitch in to achieve overall business goals and objectives. We’d love for you to have some experience in event planning, coordinating travel and providing executive support.
