BrandNet is a Canberra based company which has been providing quality service and products to government, military, police and private organisations and their members for more than 20 years. We design, manufacture, import, distribute, wholesale and retail a vast range of products and brands. We specialise in market and product solutions for military and military-related organisations and provide national online retail facilities for a number of organisations, including the Australian Army and the Royal Australian Air Force. Our Fyshwick retail centre Military Shop, is located with our corporate headquarters.

We have a strong commitment to delivering quality products and services.  As part of our dynamic team you will be dealing directly with clients – providing quotes; recording and tracking orders; invoicing; liaising with clients and suppliers; and maintaining records in our data system.  We will mentor and support you as you learn our business and you'll get great opportunities to grow with the organisation. 

So what do you need to bring to thrive with us? You'll have:

  • A passion for accuracy, organised work style and attention to detail.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service and sales role (advantage!).
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and sales processing programs (we will teach you our system!).
  • To be self-motivated, customer-focused and an enthusiastic team player.
  • Pride in your professional presentation.
  • To be available to work full-time Monday to Friday
