Our client, SPI, provides Commercial and Owners Corporation cleaning services. They take great pride in providing excellence in service through a close knit and effective team.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager liaising with a portfolio of large / high rise apartment buildings almost entirely within Melbourne's CBD. Training and support will be provided.
Prior customer service experience, ideally in facilities / property management would be ideal. Essential to the role is a desire to learn, the desire and ability to grow with the role and deliver excellence in customer service.
You will need to demonstrate that you can:
- Provide excellent and effective client support
- Multi task and build effective relationships at all levels - SPI staff, Building Managers, OC Committee members and residents
- Listen and understand issues and then provide innovative and effective solutions
- Be a forward thinker and make correct decisions under pressure
- Have high level attention to detail and follow established processes
Strong computer skills are required (MS Word, Internet, report writing, use of CRM).
