Who you will work with
HPA is a small family business and our core service is Telecommunications infrastructure installation and maintenance of NBN & Telstra network since 2005. Although we deal with cables and plants every day, we are a very down-to-earth and friendly bunch who support each other to a great extent. To support business growth, we are now looking for a project administrator who will work in our office. If you are a star performer, there is also potential to grow into more senior roles within the company.
What you will do
- Raise invoices, make claims based on actual tasks performed and material consumed within customer’s guideline
- Perform data entry tasks as instructed, e.g. timesheets, record material consumption, enter subcontractor invoices
- Track project budget, profitability, subcontractor performance
- Reconcile payments/invoices and customer/supplier liaison
- Organise training schedule, track and maintain compliance records
- Provide general administrative support
Are you the one?
To be successful, you will have:
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly developed data entry and time management skills
- A quick learner and adapter who can draw inferences through reasoning
- High attention to details
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Willingness of be part of and growing with business
- A minimum of 1-year experience in administration and/or have performed a diverse administrative/accounts role
