Working in a newly created team, this role plays a key part in the end to end bid and tender management process. With the overarching goal to deliver a compelling proposition and winning proposal to large scale clients, this is a key operational and administrative role that will help the team deliver its best to new and existing clients. 
 
Responsibilities include:
 

• Liaise with all members of the project team from initiation to contract execution
• Maintain the content and image library
• Create and format large tender documents and manage the project timeline
• Coordinate and respond to inquiries from clients
• Act as a primary point of contract in the coordination of multiple stakeholders and their relevant commercial input to submissions
• Coordinate first class presentation material – preserving exceptional brand standards, maintaining governance and meeting the client’s needs

 
To be successful, you must be passionate and experienced in supporting sales teams in the preparation of large-scale tender documents. What will set you apart is being a dynamic, highly organised and driven member of the team.  You will demonstrate that you can create efficiencies, raise standards and create documents with the utmost attention to detail and time frames.
 
Advanced skills in MS Word, Powerpoint and experience using Adobe creative suite would be desirable.
