Position Overview
We are currently seeking a stock controller to join our very busy and highly varied Stock Control department to support us with this growth.
This great opportunity will see you preparing vehicles for delivery and the accurate maintenance of our IMS inventory system.
Register vehicles in line with James Frizelle’s guidelines
Complete and authorise registrations
Process internal paperwork concerning deliveries
Support sales departments as required
Reconciliations
General housekeeping
STOCK CONTROL
Effective time management
Setting deliveries
Completing stock swaps when necessary
End of month reconciliation
RDA and manufacturer target data entry
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry
- Qld registration accreditation
- Experience in Reynolds and Reynolds / Pentana computer systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people
- Word and excel experience
