We have an exciting opportunity for two Recruitment Coordinators to join and support the Recruitment Team during this time of organisational growth.



About the role

As a Recruitment Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract and based in our head office in Kelvin Grove, you will:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming recruitment queries
  • Phone screen a high volume of candidates
  • Track and collect candidate documents
  • Arrange interviews
  • Provide support to Recruitment Advisors
  • Maintain employee records


What do we need from you?
  • Demonstrated administrative experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
  • Previous phone screening experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Valid working rights
  • If appointed, a satisfactory Police Check will be required

  • Experience with recruitment related activities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
