Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with this well-regarded VET education institute to find an exceptional Sales Operations & Compliance Administrator to support their Sales Operations, the core focus of which is international student recruitment via both onshore and offshore channel partners. This is a 14-month fixed term contract to back-fill for maternity leave.

The Organisation


This is a dynamic organisation that helps both local and international students to gain the skills they need to achieve academic success within the undergraduate level and beyond. This organisation offers a range of programs including higher education, foundation courses and English. 

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting the sales team, this role will see you supporting the operational side of the organisational growth strategy. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with administration and will have the full support of your manager to continuously improve policies and procedures to ensure compliant sales operations. This role will see you interacting with a culturally diverse group of stakeholders and using your exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills to ensure seamless, compliant sales processes are adhered to.

The Duties
  • On-boarding channel partners including managing application forms and related data entry
  • Generating reports and working to deadlines
  • Data analysis and system auditing, including participating in system testing and training as required
  • Sales administration including purchase orders and invoicing
  • Support with sales events, meeting coordination and visitor management where required
The Ideal Candidate

This role will suit a people person with strong interpersonal skills, however it will also require exceptional attention to detail and fine-tuned administration and coordination skills. You will become the backbone of the sales operations strategy, playing an integral role in ensuring that the organisation is operating effectively and compliantly in its dealings with channel partners within the international student recruitment space. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working within a culturally diverse environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience working within a CRM-driven environment, including pulling reports and analysing data
  • Exposure to sales administration is not strictly required but would be advantageous
  • Candidates with experience within the Education sector are strongly encouraged to apply
