Business Development Support
SADB is a well-established company in the civil construction industry and is a family owned business that has been operating for over 23 years located at Newton.
We are looking for a talented and experienced person to become our Business Development Support.
This position is a full time administrative support position which provides a full range of moderate to complex administrative work assignments in support of the Business Development Team and occasionally across the organisation.
The role includes but not limited to;
- Providing a professional level of project communication and administration of the project activities, supporting the team with practical logistical tasks such as scheduling, organising meetings, entering data , collating information and other administrative requirements
- Collating information and preparing draft reports; preparing briefs, project status reports, correspondence and presentations as required
- Maintaining and coordinating records and databases as required;
- Ensuring compliance maintenance with statutory requirements and established policy and procedure
- Working cooperatively within a small team which is part of an overall larger team to meet objectives while building and maintaining professional , positive working relationships
To be successful in this position you will possess:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role (preferably but not essential)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adhering to deadlines
- Strong understanding of tender and submission processes and client relationship management
- Demonstrated experience in the following applications: MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook as well overall general computer application understanding.
