Reporting to the State Manager, we are seeking a strong and proactive Sales Office Manager to join our VIC Sales team based at Noble Park, VIC. As well as the day to day management, motivation, and monitoring of the team of 4, your responsibility also will be to build on the teams' current activities while developing proactive and effective outbound sales strategies with a view to maximising overall sales performance in consultation with the external sales representatives.
You will manage, motivate, develop and coach and mentor the internal sales team while ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will ensure quality of information passing from sales to operations and ensuring estimates and quotes are accurate, to ensure company profitability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your strong sales or customer service experience to deliver against targets and customer service excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on manager with proven people management skills who can lead a professional team and provide outstanding customer service. You have tertiary qualifications in sales or business related field. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. Previous experience in the manufacturing/ construction industry is advantageous. Some experience with Pronto would also be useful but not essential.
