Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting both internal and external clients
- Assisting with teleconference bookings
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
- Ensuring that rooms are presentable
- Dispensing, recording and allocating transport vouchers
- Assisting Travel Booking Domestic/International
- Diary Management
- Handling of Mail, & Couriers
- Assisting the switchboard team staff and catering team staff
- Additional Ad hoc administration duties as directed
Skills/Experience:
- High attention to detail
- Professional manner and very well presented
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative experience in a team environment
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Reliable/Punctual
- Proficient computer skills and MS Office skills
