With offices across Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs we have various positions available to start IMMEDIATELY!!! This will see you join the Corporate Services team as the ‘face’ of various companies as an integral part of our friendly and dedicated team.
  
Responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting and greeting both internal and external clients
  • Assisting with teleconference bookings
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring that rooms are presentable
  • Dispensing, recording and allocating transport vouchers
  • Assisting Travel Booking Domestic/International
  • Diary Management
  • Handling of Mail, & Couriers
  • Assisting the switchboard team staff and catering team staff
  • Additional Ad hoc administration duties as directed

  Skills/Experience:
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional manner and very well presented
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative experience in a team environment
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Reliable/Punctual
  • Proficient computer skills and MS Office skills
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within a professional services organisation and possess a positive flexible approach. You will be a team oriented person, who is highly polished and  professional with a warm, open manner.  Must be available Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
