Our Client is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support its Sydney-based team through the delivery of high level support and administration.
This is a vital position for the organisation and as such is requiring the successful candidate to have proven administrative experience within a professional office environment and to demonstrate a commitment to the outgoing and social atmosphere promoted by this organisation.
Based in the creative hub of Alexandria, a short walk from Green Square Train Station, this role will also provide opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Main function of the position are to;
- Provide administrative support to the Sydney-based team.
Responsibilities are to;
- Take ownership, under supervision, of the administrative processes;
- When required, assist with other office management tasks within the team;
- Prepare for events and functions; and
- Support the Senior Management in upholding the organisation’s positive service culture that is reflective of its values.
