Dr Robert Love, specialist plastic surgeon, is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, amiable and capable part time medical secretary/ medical typist to take part in a friendly small team. Pay scale dependent upon experience.
His rooms are in character premises in West Perth where off street parking is provided.
Duties include:
-general secretarial, office administration
-medical typing (80-100 wpm, knowledge of medical terminology preferable), filing
-phone reception, appointments
-assisting patient enquiries
-other duties to ensure the smooth running of an efficient and friendly medical practice.
-experience with Word and Genie medical practice software preferable
Hours include:
Mon 0930-1630
Wed 1200-1700
Thurs 0930-1430
Fri 0930-1230
