- Work for a large & highly reputable NSW Government Organisation
- 3 Month Contract with a view for extension, hourly rate of $26 per hour
- Parramatta CBD Location, close to public transport, immediate start!
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic individual with impeccable customer service skills to join an NSW Government organization in the Parramatta CBD location for an immediate start.
Duties:
- Meeting & Greeting clients/visitors upon arrival
- Assist them with queries, asking necessary questions to assist clients/visitors
- Providing friendly & informative customer service
- General administative and reception duties
The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:
- Previous reception/concierge experience is required for this position
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is highly desirable
- Well presentation and friendly/positive attitude is essential
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
