Our client is an innovative and energetic accounting practice based in the Eastern Suburbs who are seeking a confident Administration Assistant to join their professional, friendly and growing team of accountants and financial planners.

Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, the Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the office and reception area ensuring it runs smoothly and enhancing the clients experience in the delivery of all their Business Services.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  •  Responding to internal and external client enquiries
  •  Preparation of outgoing correspondence
  •  Monitoring of incoming jobs to the office
  •  Reception relief
  •  Booking meetings and meeting rooms

To be considered for this position you must have:

  •  A minimum of 12 months office experience in a professional environment
  •  Intermediate experience using Outlook,  Word and Excel 
  •  Reception relief
  •  High attention to detail
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  A team player
