YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

We have an immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident junior receptionist to join our team. As the "Director of First Impressions" you will be the first face or voice to meet and greet our customers and the traffic controller for all incoming phone calls and outgoing correspondence.

In your exiting new and varied role, you will feel challenged as your duties include, but not limited to;  

  • Receive, qualify and direct incoming calls;
  • Manage front office reception, meet, greet and sign in visitors;
  • Co-ordinate daily incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail and couriers;
  • Provide general administrative assistance, daily scanning and indexing of order documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Strong customer service focus with commitment to assist customers over and beyond the expected
  • Professional presentation
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail, accuracy & commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong organisational skills & ability to prioritise
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and eager to learn
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Your willingness to learn and ‘can do’ attitude will ensure your success as training will be provided.
