Our client is top-tier law firm and they are currently looking for a Receptionist to join their dynamic Business Services team.
What are the hours?
- 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am-2pm with the option of rotating roster 12pm-6.30pm
What will I be doing?
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Answering calls to Reception and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting staff and visitors into the centre
- Meeting room management - bookings, caterings, other requirements
- Working closely with Hospitality team - providing assistance where needed
What experience do I need?
As the Receptionist, you are the face of the company. Therefore you will need to have:
- Previous experience in Reception
- Immaculate presentation and confident phone manner
- Flexibility and adaptability towards duties and hours
- High attention to detail and initiative
