Our company, based in West Footscray is a long standing labour hire agency focused on providing excellent casual labour hiring services within the North/ Western Suburbs.
Our dedicated team is currently seeking an Administration /Office Support Officer to join the team on an ongoing, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in building their skills in Payroll/ HR and Recruitment!
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Data Entry and basic administrative duties - emailing, scanning, printing , filing & basic database management
- General Office support and phone duties – assisting payroll, assisting HR, answering calls, taking messages etc.
- Face to face, meeting & greeting customers, applicants and clients
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- The skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people, providing support wherever it is needed.
- Profound communication skills and a professional work ethic
- Previous customer service and administration experience (an advantage)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when placing data into the internal database
- Flexibility to priorities and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
