About the Role
As the first point of contact to the Liverpool office, your friendly and professional demeanor will shine through, making everyone that comes through the door feel welcome and respected. You will be able to deal with a wide range of people which can at times be challenging. Balancing day to day tasks including front of house, the phone system and directing inquiries to your colleagues are easy for you with your strong multitasking and time management skills. You will work closely with your team to enact change and assist job seekers to move forward into sustainable employment.
This is a full time, ongoing role. Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

What we're looking for
- Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy; including competent with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in a busy reception or front of house role dealing with a wide range of members of the public;
- A proven ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations;
- Ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, Indigenous clients, ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged groups; and
- Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable);
