 THE ROLE

The Concierge will provide an exceptional level of customer service meeting and greeting clients and visitors. They will be the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings.

 Due to the security clearance checks for this account to be successful you must be able to pass a Government security clearance.

 This position will be based in Parramatta, NSW.

  • First point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings
  • Greet and assist visitors and guests including the provision of support business services including acting as the interface between the client / visitor stakeholders and internal management staff
  • Coordinate and set up meeting and conference rooms
  • Reporting on the service components of the concierge operations
  • Conduct work activities that include inspections of male bathrooms & locker rooms, lighting and plumbing inspections

Skills & Experience

  • Strong demonstrated experience working in a Customer facing environment;
  • Professional telephone manner -  listening, questioning, empathy, clear client outcome and professionalism;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent key board skills, speed and accuracy
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities;
