Working autonomously or as part of a team, you will be exposed to a broad range of administrative responsibilities throughout the Supply Chain Area.

Our client’s focus is to provide commercial businesses, Australia-wide with energy efficient LED lighting and solar systems.

Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be required to:

  • Liaising with customers to provide addition details and installation status
  • Providing support to internal stakeholders and departments (logistics and stores functions)
  • Maintaining a spreadsheet with delivery status for interstate quotes
  • Organise couriers
  • Enter shipping information when receiving overseas orders
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate as per internal process and requirements
  • Oversee stock control and stock movements in and out of third-person logistics warehouse
  • Updating relevant spreadsheets or systems
  • Manage online stores transaction
  • Petty cash handling
  • Work with accounts department to support accounts collection and reconciliation
  • Assist with management of workplace health and safety for the Supply Chain area

Profile

To be considered a successful candidate, you must possess the below skills and experience:

  • Fantastic positive attitude with a focus on getting things done
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Able to work autonomously and with strong initiative
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrator role
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working in a logistics warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
  • Good workplace health and safety awareness
  • Flexibility to undertake tasks requested by Supply Chain Coordinator or team members
