We currently have an opportunity for a Fundraising Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working Monday to Wednesday (0.6 FTE).
You will be located in Minda’s Strategic Marketing and Fundraising Team which is charged with creating and positioning a vibrant organisational brand that supports greater market awareness of Minda and positions it as a leader in the disability sector.
As the Fundraising Administration Officer, you will primarily assist with processing fundraising donations, including general donations, regular gifts and one-off gifts received via a variety of channels. You will also answer and respond to email and telephone enquiries, and provide accurate, organised and professional administrative support to the Strategic Marketing and Fundraising team.
This role will suit a customer-focused individual who is a strong multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of fundraising or CRM databases is desirable, and it is essential that you have a high level of competency in Microsoft Office, an exceptional phone manner and outstanding attention to detail.
