An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, energetic and friendly Personal Assistant/ Legal Secretary to join a well-known organisation situated in the Hills District. We’re looking for a tenacious and highly accurate, individual who can take on more than the standard day to day duties.

As the Personal Assistant you will be the go to person for the office. This legal Organisation provides high support to their employees and deliver nothing but the right service to their clients

Daily responsibilities include:

  • PA Support to 2 partners and the team. This includes word processing, document production, report preparation etc
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers and 3rd parties
  • Letter preparation task including general letters to clients, Certification Letters,
    distribution of original documents, arranging mortgagee consent, registration/stamping, Tax Invoices
  • Extensive email and diary management
  • Management of the project email address
  • Conveyancing to include Sale and Purchase
  • Responsible for Monthly billing
  • Preparation, typing and/or amending of various legal documents including
    Leases, Acknowledgement and Undertakings, various Deeds and other property related
    documents
  • Document management including the project shared drive and filing
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation as required

To be successful for this role, you will need to:

  • Previous experience in a Legal Secretarial Role or PA
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Suite
  • Commercial property transactions industry experience is A MUST
  • Understanding of Property Legislation, conveyancing, Will & testament, Probate is desirable
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Effective diary management
  • A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work autonomously, show initiative and think strategically
  • A proactive attitude
