The Position
We are currently seeking applications from experienced individuals to fill the role of Site Administrator for one of our WA Operations.
What we are looking for
- Site experience essential
- Candidates to reside in Western Australia
- Require National Police Clearance

Reporting to the Project Manager your duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Site administration duties
- Payroll administration duties
- Travel administration duties
- Purchasing administration duties
- Filing and archiving
- Liaison with management, site and purchasing personnel
- Other duties as directed by the Project Manager
Selection criteria
- Previous experience working as a Site Administrator
- Intermediate MS Office Suite Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Data entry and excellent attention to detail skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret and follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills in prioritising and planning workloads in order to meet strict timelines
- Maintain good relationships with other personnel
- Be pro-active and able to work autonomously
- Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Desirable criteria
- Pronto software experience
- INX software experience
