The Role

• Receiving incoming mail from Service Technician’s around Australia and distributing documents to appropriate stake holders
• Timesheet data entry
• Data entry in to the company’s in-house system
• Document control: scanning and registering documents onto the system
• Organise staff meetings
• Procurement purchases
• Assist with booking flights and accommodation
• Collet and distribute mail daily
• Assist with Tenders and Estimating team in an admin capacity
• Assist in the process of onboarding new employees
• Other general administrative duties as requested by management

The Person

• Minimum of 3 years Administration experience working within the manufacturing or Building industry
• Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
• Fast and accurate typing speed
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
