BioKem Oil Services operates as a technical service provider to the resources sector, power generation and heavy industry in Australia, providing equipment and trained technicians to facilitate lubrication oil filtration of various rotational equipment.
We are looking for a professional Senior Administrator with experience in a professional services environment to join our Brisbane team and to be based in our Cleveland office. The purpose of this role is to provide business operations and administration support to the Operations Manager and wider BioKem team to enable them to maximize their client focus and delivery of world class solutions.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Proactively and efficiently support our team with general administration assistance and project coordination including project performance reporting
- Organise and coordinate operations and procedures of the business
- Positive approach that easily adapts under challenging timeframes and able to prioritise work demands whilst delivering high-quality work in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and implement a systematic approach to delivering on contractual obligations and client requirements
- Review and update business governance processes & documentation
- Collaborate with Senior Management to respond to client requests
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- About You:
- A high level of experience in Contract Management and Business Administration
- Understanding of Quality Management Frameworks and Compliance Standard
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to manage compliance programs and audit processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Australian Citizen and able to pass a security clearance
