Part-time role, 22.5 hours per week across 3-4 days

- Join a highly engaged Operations Team dedicated to a significant strategic client account.
- As National Operations Coordinator you will have responsibility for key areas such as Finance with some exposure to basic HR processes.
- You will play a pivotal role in streamlining and executing contractual requirements and providing direct support to the National Operations Manager in maintaining operational effectiveness.
About the role;
- Support the financial operation requirements aligned to the outsourced agreement
- Play a pivotal role in streamlining and executing contractual requirements for the portfolio
- Escalate and communicate HR related matters
- Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment related activities
- Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Manage internal and external reporting requirements as well as Change Management
Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver:
- Previous experience in a Contract Management role, and Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, or Business Economics. Exposure to basic HR processes welcomed
- Intermediate to Advanced MS office skills with a focus on Excel
- Proven skills in business and financial management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
