Chandler Services is currently looking for an experienced Office and Administration Support officer for a successful warehouse and logistics company.
You will work in a leading distributing environment with our client based in Horsley Park area. This is an on-going position for the right candidate!
Working hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm. We are looking for someone to start ASAP!
About The Role:
- Answering and distributing all phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Controlling office equipment and inventory including brochures, stationary, kitchen needs and general supplies
- Assisting other departments with local administrative needs - provide clerical support
- Facilitating maintenance of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines
- Maintaining customer database systems
- Use of MYOB/ other data entry
- Meeting KPI's including completing tasks on time, complying with company policies, and adhering to agreed work plan
- Outbound calls - when dealing with enquiries
- Competency in Outlook/Excel/Word programs is a MUST
- Running company errands from time to time
