The Position:
Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team. Based on the front desk reception you will be responsible for managing the Reception area as well as providing Administration support to the team and providing PA support to the Partner of the firm.
Some of your actual duties will include;
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Coordinating meetings
- Assisting with ATO lodgments and compliance matters
- Preparing letters and correspondence
- Diary management
- Managing client files and updating details
- Other administrative tasks
- Street parking and close to public transport
- Professional and inclusive team
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive manner and a strong sense of initiative
- Intermediate MS Office skills
