About The Role
HEARINGLife has an opportunity for a part time Administration / Customer Service Officer to work 3 full days per week rostered across Monday to Friday (but generally Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) at our Macquarie Park Head Office.
This role reports to the National Workcover Manager and requires you to work closely with our Clinicians and Customer Service Officers from our retail clinics Australia wide, dealing with customers that have a WorkCover claim for hearing loss. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders as well as our referred customers. This role requires high attention to detail, good organisation and communication skills.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Liaise and communicate with clinicians and customer service officers from our clinic network
- Create confirm and follow-up appointments for referred customers
- Follow-up outstanding quotations
- Follow-up outstanding invoices
- Select and record hearing device fittings for the following month
- Update and maintain clinician status reports
- Action weekly follow-up reports
- General administration tasks

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Positive attitude
- Patience and compassion
- Sound knowledge of MS office products
- Well presented
