About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our newly formed Australia division based in Banyo. You will be providing administration and organisational support to three members of our Executive Team; Chief Executive - Australia Division, GM - Tradelink and CFO - FB Australia. 

As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:
  • Providing a range of organisational and administrative support such as diary management, travel bookings, expenses and meeting coordination.
  • Creating Power Point presentations 
  • Running the divisional engagement publication 
  • Supporting other divisional functions where appropriate

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have 5+ years’ experience supporting Senior Managers at Executive level
  • Display a level of emotional resilience and be adaptable to change in this newly formed and fast paced division 
  • Experience with expense management systems – desirable 
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Power Point - essential
  • Be proactive in your approach to the role with the ability to think ahead
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to produce high quality work in a pressurised/fast paced environment
