Mercedes Benz Toowong is apart of Australia's largest listed prestige and luxury automotive retail group employing approximately 1350 people across 37 businesses and dealerships nationally. We are currently seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our thriving team.
Our ideal candidate will have experience managing vehicle stock control within a busy automotive dealership, be able to work independently and have an understanding of dealership operations. He or she will be a team player and be able to work in a fast paced environment, communicating effectively with multiple departments and external suppliers and customers.
Responsibiities
- Co-ordinate the flow of vehicles from factory dealership
- Book in and maintain dealership vehicle stock records
- Monitor processing and delievring timeframe from transport company
- Invoicing and Filing
- All other ad-hoc duties that is required
Essentials
- Previous experience in a similar role, within an automotive dealership
- High, accurate attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive self-starter
- High level Era Link and excel knowledge a must
- Previous logistics experience
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Current non-restricted QLD driver license
