Due to this an opportunity has arisen for a Automotive Delivery Coordinator to join our Toyota dealership in Blacktown. This role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills in a role that truely makes a difference to our Guest's experience. 

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Coordinating new car deliveries from preparation to delivery
• Maintaining contact with guests awaiting their new vehicle delivery
• Coordinating delivery dates with Pre Delivery, F&I, New Cars and Guests
• Preparing relevant documents needed
• Obtaining required registration documentation from guests prior to delivery
• Making sure the vehicle is presented well upon collection

The successful applicant will possess:

• Previous dealership experience is preferred
• Strong administration experience is essential
• Passionate about providing great customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent multitasking skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate high level of time management and working to deadlines
• Fast learner is a must
