Soho Skin Management is a respected, nationally recognised clinical beauty salon & online store dedicated to giving our guests the best cosmeceutical skincare with the benefit of expert skin therapist advice.

This role is a combination of general administration, accounting based procedures, skin consultation, retail sales, and customer service. The following tasks are included within the role:

  •     Processing and dispatching website orders.
  •     Data entry using Xero and Microsoft Office applications.
  •     Online chat, email and phone skin consultations.
  •     Managing phone enquiries, orders, bookings and customer service.
  •     Managing website enquiries and email messages.
  •     Managing inventory levels and purchasing from suppliers.
  •     Maintaining content on the eCommerce website.
  •     Assisting with Online marketing and content generation.

Selection Criteria

Required skills and/or experience for this unique casual position includes:

  •     Demonstrated knowledge & experience in giving outstanding customer service.
  •     Experience with following detailed procedures efficiently to achieve daily targets.
  •     Experience with executing processes that require a high degree of accuracy.
  •     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •     Excellent problem solving skills.
  •     Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  •     Flexible to work varying days as required including Saturdays.

Desired will be Applicants with any of the following additional skills and/or experience:

  •  Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma.
  •     Experience in Digital marketing. (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  •     Experience in marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  •     Experience in developing and documenting processes.
  •     Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  •     Experience with Xero or other accounting software packages.
  •     Experience in Operational Management, Financial Management, or Human Resource Management.

Current drivers license and reliable transport are essential for this position.

This is a casual role working towards a permanent part time or full time role for the right person.
